Value for moneyI finished this bottle and found that it did not work for me as the other reviewers.That being said I have a bad knee from prior injury. I bought this item because of the health benefits associated with both ginger and tumeric.However this vitamin did not help me one bit in neither dealing with pain or inflammation. Maybe more than one bottle is required in my case.

THIS formulation works the best!this is the best turmeric supplement i’ve used. two months ago i was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. i did some research and discovered that many people with arthritis and/or chronic pain used turmeric. the pain was often excruciating and my rheumatologist had prescribed gabapentin, which wasn’t working at all. i was desperate. i initially ordered this brand because it was the least expensive brand of quality. i immediately noticed a difference when i took it! it didn’t alleviate the pain entirely, but i could function and do small chores and stuff. i decided to try the Meriva brand because i knew it was scientifically formulated to be as effective as possible (turmeric needs a “booster agent” in order to improve its bioavailability, i.e., its absorption by the body). unfortunately the Meriva did not work at all. i wanted to make sure i was buying the most effective formulation so i tried another brand that had more mgs of curcuminoids (the active ingredient in turmeric) but with fewer mgs of ginger (which is also an anti-inflammatory). (both brands used bioperine to improve bioavailability.) that brand worked, but not as well as this one, so i am back to taking the nature’s nutrition brand and formulation because it works, and it it isn’t broken, well you know how that goes. i have to admit i was very skeptical that a turmeric and ginger supplement would do anything, but i had nothing to lose, and i am SO glad that i tried it. i realize this won’t work for everyone but it worked for me and it has worked for thousands of other people too. i highly recommend this brand and won’t ever buy another brand as long as they keep making this one. if you suffer from debilitating and chronic pain i encourage you to give this supplement a try. i take two pills in the morning, two around lunch, two around dinner, and two at bedtime - everyone’s dose will be different but this is the one that works for me.

Hard to swallowThese pills are very large, and hard to swallow. I can't really say if they relieve arthritis pain or not, there are just too many other factors going on to be sure. Taste is that funny turmeric taste, not too bad but gets tiresome after a while.

Good stuff but given incorrect amount twiceThis is a good product so far but after my first purchase i had ended with the incorrect serving amount. It’s 3 a day with 120 caps in total. I wound up with only 1 capsule left. I ordered another bottle and counted them this time and it too was short. The 2nd bottle had only 119 instead of 120. The first bottle was 2 capsules short. I only noticed the first bottle when i went to fill my weekly pill organizer and had only one instead of the 3 dosage amount for the last day. Overall though the product itself is good but hopefully y’all will correct the miscounted amount.
