Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the weight and dimensions of your package, and your delivery address. You can view the shipping costs for your order during the checkout process before completing your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
Customs
When goods are imported into a different country or customs territory, there can be a charge applied called ‘Customs Duty’ that is charged by the local customs authority where the goods are being imported into.
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
If you decide to refuse the customs fee and we confirm that, your item will be returned back to our warehouse before processing a refund for your order and in some instances a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
If you’re still unsure on whether you’ll be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order with us.

Shipping Address Accuracy
It is important to provide accurate and complete shipping information when placing your order to ensure timely delivery. HealthPackit is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure the timely delivery of your orders, unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues may occasionally cause delays. If your order is experiencing a significant delay, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Return & Refund Policy
You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order. Full refunds are given as long as a return request is communicated in under 14 days of receiving the order. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, color, or size, simply return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. The item must be unopened and in original packaging. Once the return is accepted and received, you may make a separate purchase for a new item.
