Order Processing Time
Once you place an order with HealthPackIt, please allow 2-7 business days for us to process your order. During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will do our best to get your order out to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
- ePackit: We currently use this shipping method for selected countries including United states and Canada
- Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option typically takes 7-20 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and other factors.
- International Shipping: We also ship internationally to select countries. International shipping times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance processes.

Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Bonaire, Cambodia, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Guadeloupe, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Martinique, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, Northern Marianas Islands, Oaxaca Region of Mexico, Pakistan, Réunion, Russia, Somalia, South Georgia and South Sandwich Islands, South Sudan, Sudan, Gauteng Province of South Africa, Syria, St. Barthélemy, St. Martin, St. Pierre and Miquelon, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the specific item/s ordered, the weight and dimensions of your package, and your delivery address. You can view the shipping costs for your order during the checkout process before completing your purchase. Note that at this time, we do not offer free delivery option for order deliveries outside the United States. Our free shipping option is only for order deliveries in the United States. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
Customs
When goods are imported into a different country or customs territory, there can be a charge applied called ‘Customs Duty’ that is charged by the local customs authority where the goods are being imported into.
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
If you decide to refuse the customs fee and we confirm that, your item will be returned back to our warehouse before processing a refund for your order and in some instances a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
If you’re still unsure on whether you’ll be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order with us.
Shipping Restrictions
Please note that certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on their size, weight, or regulatory requirements. If any restrictions apply to your order, we will notify you during the checkout process.
Shipping Address Accuracy
It is important to provide accurate and complete shipping information when placing your order to ensure timely delivery. HealthPackit is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure the timely delivery of your orders, unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues may occasionally cause delays. If your order is experiencing a significant delay, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
10. Return & Refund Policy
It is our desire that you have a pleasant shopping experience. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchased item, never worry because we have created a seamless process for your return, exchanges, and refunds.

- For a full refund, request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Return Process:
- Contact us by clicking the “Refund” button under “Orders” on your account page or emailing support@healthpackit.com.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll email you the return address.
- Package the item carefully and send it back to us.
- After We Receive Your Return:
- We’ll inspect it and, if approved, issue store credit in the form of a gift card.
- Use this store credit to buy a different color or size by placing a new order.

11. Ordering Supplements
Supplements being sold on this website are both already made and custom-made and cannot be returned for a refund once ordered and delivered. Once an Order has surpassed the processing period or shipped, it cannot be edited or canceled. HealthPackIt is not responsible for any incorrect shipping details or wrong item ordered by the customer, and therefore will not offer replacements or refunds. Users are responsible for providing correct information at all times.
Shipping times listed on the Website are estimates and not guaranteed. If your Order is taking an unusually long time, please contact HealthPackIt Support to help resolve the issue. If a Produced Order is lost during shipment, HealthPackIt will investigate and may provide refund if appropriate. If HealthPackIt Support determines that your Product is defective after investigating, the Order will be refunded so that you can make another purchase of your choice.
If an order is returned to HealthPackIt due to an incorrect address, HealthPackIt Support will contact the User to arrange reshipment. The User will be responsible for reshipment costs, which include the original shipping cost and a service fee. If an Order is placed with an incorrect address, HealthPackIt cannot guarantee the package will be returned.
If an order has not been delivered within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, Users should contact HealthPackIt Support within 30 days to be eligible for a refund, provided the tracking data does not indicate delivery. HealthPackIt will not offer a refund if the tracking data shows the Products were delivered to the provided address.
12. Coupons, Discounts, Free Shipping
Note that all our coupons and discounts only apply to purchased items excluding shipping fees and tax. The minimum purchase amount to qualify for our free shipping is $90 excluding shipping price, discounts, and tax. Any of our general coupons or discounts can only be applied to products that meet the specified criteria at checkout. Also coupons on specific products can only be applied to one item of the product per order at checkout.
13. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
